Points and rewards
Each café runs its own program and sets its own points, rewards and conditions. Points at one café can't be used at another. A cashier confirms every award and redemption; scanning alone adds nothing.
Offline
Your wallet card and QR can be shown offline, but balances and rewards only update when you're online.
For cafés
Package prices and messaging rates are agreed with the The Regular Club team and billed manually. Messaging is charged only for billable messages as described in your dashboard — never for drafts, approvals, queued or simulated messages, or customer sign-in codes.
